Is it weird to tell your partner you need a night alone each week?

I (29) love my girlfriend and we live together. But I'm an introvert and I'm running on empty. I want one evening a week where I'm just alone, no plans together. How did you bring this up without it sounding like 'I need a break from you'?

Frame it as recharging so you can be better company, not escaping. And offer her the same night for whatever she wants
