My 8-month experiment with habits for absolute beginners

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 3 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

The detail that surprised me was how much a family dinner changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

Beautifully put. I needed that reminder today. I keep a note about selfcare for exactly this reason.

I would not call it wrong, just incomplete. I am curious whether habits still feels good next month.

I wish more posts had this much context. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near the corner shop.
