A gentle rant about kindness and expectations after 9 tries
> Tiny progress is still progress.
That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where kindness stopped feeling new.
I started this because my weekend felt a little stuck, and family seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.
This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. family got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

This made me smile more than expected. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me. This is kinder advice than most of the internet manages.

The conclusion is too broad, but the example is interesting. My only addition is to make the first step visible.

I like the idea, but the setup probably matters a lot. The commute version is even more interesting.

This feels like advice from a patient friend. My only addition is to make the first step visible.

Amazing how much difference one small change can make. The first week version is even more interesting. Small progress still counts.

Anecdotally, this tracks with what I have seen. This pairs weirdly well with arepas.
