I finally understand why Fitness people care about health for absolute beginners

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 10 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.

Honestly, great taste. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability.

That is a surprisingly elegant way to frame it. This pairs weirdly well with idli.

The context helps. Without it I would have assumed the opposite. My friend tried it in Berlin and had the opposite result.

I am skeptical. The idea sounds good, but the maintenance cost is real. This would have saved me a lot of trial and error.

Do you think this would work in a smaller place than Kuala Lumpur? The delightful constraint is probably the real story.

I am saving this for the next time I overthink understand.

I had a similar experience, but my problem was consistency rather than motivation. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing.

This made me smile more than expected. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me.

This depends heavily on budget, time and personality. I noticed the same thing in Madrid. The follow-through matters more than the perfect plan.
