I did not expect Hubble Space Telescope to connect to telescopes that actually stuck

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 4 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

This depends heavily on budget, time and personality. The 9-minute rule is underrated.

That last line is excellent. The surprising constraint is probably the real story.

I get the appeal, though I would be careful calling it the best option. My friend tried it in Buenos Aires and had the opposite result. This would be a great classroom example.

@tiny_panda87 Helpful correction.

Fair point, but I had the opposite experience. I noticed the same thing in Dublin. The scale of it still melts my brain a little.

The best answer in the thread, honestly.

Anecdotally, this tracks with what I have seen. I used to overcomplicate this constantly.

Love the tiny experiment energy.

This is the kind of useful internet I still show up for.

Great point, especially the part about actually. The social part surprised me too.

Love the tiny experiment energy. It sounds small, but the recipe matters.

That made the concept click.

@haruto-84 Same here. It took me too long to learn.

You explained the tradeoff really clearly. The social part surprised me too.

Mildly negative take: the simple version is sometimes just underexplained. This pairs weirdly well with bibimbap.

This is adorable and oddly motivating.
