A surprisingly useful lesson from a family dinner with an useful constraint

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the route for a while.

Glad you shared it; small wins count. I keep a note about pc for exactly this reason.

My version of this was messier, but the conclusion was similar. A little friction removed goes a long way. Backlog guilt is a shared cultural experience.
