Notes from a very normal winter with Cities after a tiny failure

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 3 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

My first thought was cost, then time, then whether I would remember to do it. The Buenos Aires example makes it feel concrete.

I disagree a bit. winter matters, but the bigger issue is usually expectations. My only addition is to make the first step visible.
