A gentle rant about multiplayer and expectations in real life

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 9 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the recipe for a while.

I like the idea, but the setup probably matters a lot. It sounds small, but the first draft matters. The real boss fight is finding a night everyone is free.

Interesting. I would like to see how it changes after 9 months. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing.

The best answer in the thread, honestly.

The Tuesday test is undefeated.

I do not have a strong take, but the rant detail is useful. The 2-minute rule is underrated.

Agree completely. The simple version is underrated. I would write it down before changing anything else.
