Candy corn is good and the hate is mostly a meme at this point

It's a soft, honey-vanilla little sugar wedge that tastes like autumn. Is it a top 5 candy? No. But people who loudly hate it every October have usually not eaten one since they were eight and are just repeating the bit. Change my mind, or confess your own defended-to-the-death seasonal food.
