What health looks like when you stop optimizing everything after a tiny failure

I started this because my late summer felt a little stuck, and strength seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 9 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

This feels like advice from a patient friend. I noticed the same thing in Toronto.

Kind of wild how often like is the whole issue.

Can you expand on that a bit?

That is fair, but I still worry about maintenance.

You explained the tradeoff really clearly. It sounds small, but the prototype matters.

Great point, especially the part about everything. I would test it for 7 days before deciding.

Thanks, that actually helped.

Yep, the boring details matter.
