Graduates now 'manage AI' at work but are they learning less?

BBC piece today about junior hires spending their days reviewing and steering AI output instead of doing the grunt work that used to teach the craft. Related: Nexus Mods now asks for AI-use disclosures on uploads, and there are reports of workers filming their own jobs to train models. Feels like we're quietly redesigning how people learn a trade. Those of you who started careers in the last two years, does this match your experience?
