C++26 DIS failed the ISO vote, apparently over contracts

andreasfertig.com

Andreas Fertig explains that the C++26 Draft International Standard didn't get the required two-thirds approval, and the national body comments point mostly at contracts not being ready. The only other rejected DIS he could find was C++/CLI back in 2006. What do you think happens now: pull contracts and ship, or slip the whole standard?
