GitHub incident hit PRs, git ops and issues again, plus Kitty 0.50 is out

Two things from this morning. GitHub had another incident affecting pull requests, git operations and issues, which blocked a few of our deploys for a while. And on a happier note Kitty 0.50 shipped with a big changelog. Anyone else rethinking how much CI depends on a single forge? Also, Kitty users: anything in 0.50 worth upgrading for today?
