My dog refuses to go out in the rain and has started staring at me like it's my fault
Rescue greyhound, 3 years old. The moment it's wet and cold he stands at the door, looks outside, looks at me, and goes back to bed. I've bought him a fleece coat which helped a bit. How do you get a weather-hating dog to do his business without a 20-minute negotiation?
