Short days = golden hour at 3:45pm. How are you adapting?

The upside of November: golden hour arrives when most people are still at work, so I've started doing lunch-break shoots with low sun and long shadows. Fog in the mornings has been great too. How do you keep shooting when daylight basically disappears?
