What I wish I knew before trying home after 17 tries

The detail that surprised me was how much a coworking table changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 4 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the routine for a while.

This is adorable and oddly motivating. A little friction removed goes a long way.

I like the idea, but the setup probably matters a lot. I keep a note about comfort for exactly this reason. Great use of light and restraint.

You explained the tradeoff really clearly. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability.
