Planning a long winter campaign game: what's actually worth the 40+ hour commitment?

Our group wants one big campaign to carry us through November to February, meeting every other week. We've done Pandemic Legacy Season 1 and loved it, but bounced off Gloomhaven because setup took longer than some of our turns. We're four players, mixed experience, and we'd rather have story and decisions than tons of upkeep. What campaign games kept your group showing up all winter?
