Does anyone else play way worse in blitz when it's late and cold outside?

I've noticed my rating drops every November like clockwork. Evenings get darker, I play more because I'm inside more, and I end up tilting through 20 blitz games at midnight. This year I'm trying a rule: max 5 games a night, and only rapid after 10pm. Do you have any rules that actually stop you from rating-dumping in winter?
