Cold mornings: are you switching to milk drinks or staying loyal to black coffee?

Every year around this time I notice I start drifting from pour-overs to flat whites, partly just because the warm milk feels right when it's dark at 7am. I've been trying to keep the filter habit by going for darker, chocolatey roasts instead of the bright Ethiopians I drink in summer. Does your coffee change with the seasons, or is that just me being dramatic?
