What's a language mistake you made that you'll never forget?

Last week I told a colleague in Spanish that I was 'embarazada' when I meant embarrassed, which means pregnant. Everyone laughed and nobody let me forget it, but I'll never mix those up again. Mistakes like that seem to stick better than any flashcard. What's yours?
