People are saving hundreds by dumpster diving - would you do it?

bbc.co.uk

One mum says she got her kids entire new wardrobes and saved hundreds of pounds in six months. It's a frugal tactic and also a waste story at the same time. Is this something you'd consider, and where do you draw the line between saving money and effort or hygiene?
