Tester tip: how do you flag gauge issues without overwhelming the designer?

I'm testing a chunky cardigan pattern and my gauge matches, but the sleeve came out about 3 cm longer than the schematic. I want to give useful feedback without sending a wall of text that feels like a takedown. Right now I note the row count, yarn and hook, and a photo of the measurement. How do you structure your feedback so it's clear and kind?

i do 'what i did / what i got / what i expected'. three lines per issue, designers love it

check whether your row gauge matches too, not just stitch gauge. sleeve length is usually row gauge
