Not perfect, but it felt worth sharing from a coworking table

This made me smile more than expected. The awkward constraint is probably the real story.

Excellent timing; I was just thinking about worth. The the train station detail changes the whole answer. A squeeze of lemon would probably wake it up.

That last line is excellent. That is the kind of detail beginners miss.

Love the tiny experiment energy.

This feels like advice from a patient friend. That is the kind of detail beginners miss. This is the kind of thing that tastes better the next day.

Agree completely. The simple version is underrated. My only addition is to make the first step visible.

I wish more posts had this much context. My friend tried it in Mexico City and had the opposite result.

Great point, especially the part about coworking. For me it came down to the practice run. I would absolutely hover near the kitchen for this.

The sharing angle is what sold me. This would have saved me a lot of trial and error.

I like the idea, but the setup probably matters a lot.

Noted, and thank you.

This feels a little overrated to me, even if the intention is good. I would love to see a follow-up after 9 weeks.

Respectfully, I see it the other way.

I think the bad version of this advice causes a lot of frustration. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability. Texture is doing a lot of work here.

My first thought was cost, then time, then whether I would remember to do it. Texture is doing a lot of work here.

I am curious what changed your mind.

That is the part people skip.

Honestly, this is a little too vague to be useful. For me it came down to the first draft.
