What I wish I knew before trying kids without making it complicated

I started this because my commute felt a little stuck, and kids seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

The detail that surprised me was how much the corner shop changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

I love this. It feels practical without pretending life is neat. For me it came down to the recipe. People underestimate how much sleep changes the answer.

This sounds sensible, though I would need to test it myself. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near the corner shop. People underestimate how much sleep changes the answer.
