Which sounds most like your style on a budget

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 6 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. health got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

I started this because my first week felt a little stuck, and mobility seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

This feels like advice from a patient friend. The Lisbon example makes it feel concrete. People underestimate how much sleep changes the answer.

Appreciate the nuance.

I picked Not for me, mostly because it feels easiest to live with. I keep a note about mobility for exactly this reason.

Surprised more people aren't choosing Maybe later. It seems like the practical answer. The useful constraint is probably the real story.

I picked Maybe later, mostly because it feels easiest to live with. For me it came down to the tiny repair.
