A tiny win from Nairobi that made my week from a tiny balcony

I started this because my first week felt a little stuck, and rockets seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 6 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

The kindness in this post is lovely. That is the kind of detail beginners miss.

Can you expand on that a bit?

I agree with the goal and disagree with the method. That is where the boring checklist helps.

This has cozy competence written all over it. This pairs weirdly well with idli. I appreciate when people separate evidence from speculation.

I had a similar experience, but my problem was consistency rather than motivation. The awkward part is easy to underestimate.
