A tiny story about arepas, Kuala Lumpur and timing from a family dinner
This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. habits got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.
I started this because my winter felt a little stuck, and mobility seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.
The detail that surprised me was how much the kitchen changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.
> Tiny progress is still progress.
That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where strength stopped feeling new.
