I changed one thing and suddenly reviews made sense from my quiet Sunday notes

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 6 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 8 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the routine for a while.

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where film stopped feeling new.

Beautifully put. I needed that reminder today.

Yep, the boring details matter.

Respectfully, I see it the other way.

That is a surprisingly elegant way to frame it. For me it came down to the playlist.

This is the kind of useful internet I still show up for. This pairs weirdly well with bibimbap.

The boring logistics are always the hidden part. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near a tiny balcony. This belongs on a rainy evening list.

Mildly negative take: the simple version is sometimes just underexplained. This pairs weirdly well with sourdough.

The changed angle is what sold me. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near a trailhead.
