Can we talk about the underrated side of clubs on a budget

I started this because my first week felt a little stuck, and clubs seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

The detail that surprised me was how much the kitchen changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.

I had a similar experience, but my problem was consistency rather than motivation. I learned that one the expensive way. A tailwind can fix an entire personality for ten minutes.
