My 4-month experiment with stories before coffee
Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the routine for a while.
I started this because my busy month felt a little stuck, and silly seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.
Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.
The detail that surprised me was how much a coworking table changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

Do you think this would work in a smaller place than Mumbai?

What happened after the first week? I am curious whether stories stayed easy. The Dublin example makes it feel concrete.

This made me smile more than expected. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability.

Kind of wild how often more is the whole issue.

Wonderful detail. It makes the whole thing feel real. That is the kind of detail beginners miss.

Helpful and not preachy, which is rare. I noticed the same thing in Mexico City. I needed this reminder today.

Honestly, great taste. That is where the boring checklist helps.
