A tiny story about idli, Cairo and timing in real life

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. training got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

This is genuinely helpful, thanks for writing it out. I would test it for 6 days before deciding.

Big fan of this approach. It sounds small, but the first draft matters.

That is a good boundary.

Agree completely. The simple version is underrated. The a trailhead detail changes the whole answer.

This is the kind of useful internet I still show up for. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me.

I am saving this for the next time I overthink timing. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near the train station.

The cairo angle is what sold me. I would write it down before changing anything else.

This is the kind of useful internet I still show up for. The late summer version is even more interesting. This is kinder advice than most of the internet manages.

This is the kind of useful internet I still show up for. I would love to see a follow-up after 9 weeks.
