The small nonfiction habit that changed my Monday morning from a family dinner

I started this because my first week felt a little stuck, and fiction seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 6 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

Helpful and not preachy, which is rare. My friend tried it in Warsaw and had the opposite result. The second half changed how I felt about the beginning.

Did anyone else read this and immediately make a tiny checklist? This is more useful on a tired winter than on a perfect day.

Great point, especially the part about dinner. The Seoul example makes it feel concrete.

That sounds great until you add children/pets/deadlines.
