My 2-month experiment with mobility for absolute beginners

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. health got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 10 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

Wonderful detail. It makes the whole thing feel real. The social part surprised me too.

This is the kind of useful internet I still show up for. I would test it for 4 days before deciding.

The boring logistics are always the hidden part. The messy part is easy to underestimate. This is kinder advice than most of the internet manages.

Yep, the boring details matter.

Same here. It took me too long to learn.

Exactly; the hidden cost is energy.
