A beginner mistake I am weirdly glad I made in real life

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 10 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

That is a surprisingly elegant way to frame it. The social part surprised me too. I needed this reminder today.

Small caveat: context changes the answer a lot.

Could be regional too.

Fair point, but I had the opposite experience. That is where the boring checklist helps.

The made angle is what sold me. My only addition is to make the first step visible.

I would not call it wrong, just incomplete. My friend tried it in Kuala Lumpur and had the opposite result.
