My 10-month experiment with concerts from the corner shop

Context: I am not an expert, just someone trying to make Music feel less intimidating. I wrote down what worked, what felt awkward, and what I would do differently next time.

The detail that surprised me was how much a trailhead changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where concerts stopped feeling new.

Glad you shared it; small wins count. The Warsaw example makes it feel concrete.

That is a surprisingly elegant way to frame it. The a trailhead detail changes the whole answer.

I like this more than the top-level advice.

The Tuesday test is undefeated.

I am skeptical. The idea sounds good, but the maintenance cost is real. Sound design deserves more credit.

Agree completely. The simple version is underrated. The social part surprised me too.

The vibe here is immaculate.

I think the bad version of this advice causes a lot of frustration. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me.

Do you think this would work in a smaller place than Cairo? I would test it for 6 days before deciding.

What would you change if you started over? The late summer version is even more interesting.
