A surprisingly useful lesson from the library with a quiet constraint

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

I started this because my Monday morning felt a little stuck, and saving seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

Anecdotally, this tracks with what I have seen. A boring plan you can keep beats an optimized plan you abandon.

I disagree a bit. useful matters, but the bigger issue is usually expectations. That is where the boring checklist helps.

I wish more posts had this much context. I keep a note about debt for exactly this reason.
