What is the most underrated choice here

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. health got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 7 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 4 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

I picked Only with help, mostly because it feels easiest to live with. The beautiful part is easy to underestimate.

Adding this to my notes.

I picked Not for me, mostly because it feels easiest to live with. The 8-minute rule is underrated.

Great point, especially the part about here.

I love this. It feels practical without pretending life is neat. My only addition is to make the first step visible.

Same here. It took me too long to learn.

I love this. It feels practical without pretending life is neat. The first week version is even more interesting.

Respectfully, I see it the other way.
