My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 10 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

I like the idea, but the setup probably matters a lot. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability.

Agree completely. The simple version is underrated. My friend tried it in Madrid and had the opposite result.
