I changed one thing and suddenly advice made sense after a tiny failure

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where advice stopped feeling new.

Can you share what you tried before this? My friend tried it in Seoul and had the opposite result. This is kinder advice than most of the internet manages.

Anecdotally, this tracks with what I have seen. My friend tried it in Nairobi and had the opposite result. People underestimate how much sleep changes the answer.
