A gentle rant about habits and expectations for absolute beginners

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

Context: I am not an expert, just someone trying to make Mental Health feel less intimidating. I wrote down what worked, what felt awkward, and what I would do differently next time.

I started this because my lunch break felt a little stuck, and selfcare seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 9 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

Love the tiny experiment energy. It sounds small, but the first draft matters.

The Tuesday test is undefeated.

That is a good question for people with more experience than me. It sounds small, but the practice run matters.

This is adorable and oddly motivating. The surprising constraint is probably the real story.
