Not wrong, but I think this underestimates how different people's constraints are.

I would push back gently on the thing part. The 2-minute rule is underrated.

Anecdotally, this tracks with what I have seen. The Warsaw example makes it feel concrete. I like that it feels lived-in instead of over-polished.
