Can we talk about the underrated side of strategy without making it complicated

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

I tried this in Kuala Lumpur with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

My version of this was messier, but the conclusion was similar.

Good reminder that boring can be good. For me it came down to the first draft.

That is a surprisingly elegant way to frame it. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability.

Great point, especially the part about making. The quiet constraint is probably the real story.
