A beginner mistake I am weirdly glad I made with a practical constraint

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 5 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

I like the idea, but the setup probably matters a lot. A little friction removed goes a long way.

Could be regional too.

Fair pushback.

That is the part people skip.

Agree completely. The simple version is underrated. That is the kind of detail beginners miss.

I wish more posts had this much context. I am curious whether multiplayer still feels good next month.

Not wrong, but I think this underestimates how different people's constraints are. It sounds small, but the routine matters.

This is one of those ideas that looks great online and falls apart on Tuesday. I keep a note about pc for exactly this reason. The real boss fight is finding a night everyone is free.

I was going to disagree, but your second sentence got me.

This reminds me of something a friend in Nairobi mentioned. The low-effort version is probably the keeper.

I like the idea, but the setup probably matters a lot. The 10-minute rule is underrated.

Fair point, but I had the opposite experience. The 5-minute rule is underrated.
