What concerts looks like when you stop optimizing everything from a coworking table
Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the playlist for a while.
I started this because my late summer felt a little stuck, and albums seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

Honestly, great taste. I would love to see a follow-up after 10 weeks.

Did anyone else read this and immediately make a tiny checklist? I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability.

This is genuinely helpful, thanks for writing it out. The Dublin example makes it feel concrete. That scene lives rent-free in my head.

That last line is excellent. I keep a note about concerts for exactly this reason.

@cl_panda I needed the reminder to start smaller.

Big fan of this approach. I would test it for 10 days before deciding.

This reminds me of something a friend in São Paulo mentioned. For me it came down to the conversation.

Great point, especially the part about concerts. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me.

That last line is excellent. I am curious whether playlists still feels good next month.

Excellent timing; I was just thinking about optimizing. This pairs weirdly well with falafel. The second half changed how I felt about the beginning.
