I changed one thing and suddenly health made sense after 13 tries

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. health got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

I tried this in Manila with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

I love this. It feels practical without pretending life is neat. I learned that one the expensive way.

The boring logistics are always the hidden part. My friend tried it in Mexico City and had the opposite result.

@quiet_marauder20 Yep, the boring details matter.

Helpful and not preachy, which is rare. The ambitious constraint is probably the real story.

The context helps. Without it I would have assumed the opposite. The social part surprised me too.
