Can we talk about the underrated side of practice after a tiny failure

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. practice got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 8 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

You explained the tradeoff really clearly. The 5-minute rule is underrated.
