I changed one thing and suddenly founders made sense

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 6 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. growth got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

This has cozy competence written all over it. The low-effort version is probably the keeper.

Fair point, but I had the opposite experience. It sounds small, but the prototype matters.

That last line is excellent. The gentle part is easy to underestimate.

I am skeptical. The idea sounds good, but the maintenance cost is real. I learned that one the expensive way. Good managers make this conversation so much less weird.
