Unpopular Opinions · by Rapid Baker · 2026-09-10

A tiny win from Cape Town that made my week that actually stuck

my current rule is simple: if it takes less than 4 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday

I love this. It feels practical without pretending life is neat. I keep a note about opinions for exactly this reason. The follow-through matters more then the perfect plan

I get the appeal, though I would be careful calling it the best option. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability
