Notes from a very normal rainy evening with Wholesome without making it complicated

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 6 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where wins stopped feeling new.

Interesting. I would like to see how it changes after 2 months. I am curious whether wins still feels good next month.

I am saving this for the next time I overthink notes. I would test it for 3 days before deciding.

Anecdote beats theory here.

You explained the tradeoff really clearly. The low-effort version is probably the keeper.

I agree with the goal and disagree with the method. The Warsaw example makes it feel concrete.

That is a good question for people with more experience than me. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability.
