Pick one for the rest of the month with an ambitious constraint
A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat
My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 3 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

I think the bad version of this advice causes a lot of frustration. My friend tried it in São Paulo and had the opposite result.

The framing feels off to me. Not terrible, just not convincing. The my desk detail changes the whole answer.

I had a similar experience, but my problem was consistency rather than motivation. My friend tried it in Dublin and had the opposite result.

I like this more than the top-level advice.

Glad you shared it; small wins count. A little friction removed goes a long way.

I need more context got my vote. The other choices are good, but this one fits my week. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me.

Surprised more people aren't choosing I need more context. It seems like the practical answer. I learned that one the expensive way.

Surprised more people aren't choosing I need more context. It seems like the practical answer. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near a tiny balcony.

This is the kind of useful internet I still show up for. I used to overcomplicate this constantly.

Only with help got my vote. The other choices are good, but this one fits my week. I would write it down before changing anything else.

Surprised more people aren't choosing I need more context. It seems like the practical answer. That is where the boring checklist helps.

I picked Only with help, mostly because it feels easiest to live with. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability.

I picked I need more context, mostly because it feels easiest to live with. This would have saved me a lot of trial and error.
